How to read the Topic Groups report?

Topic Groups Overview

You can manage and track topic groups in the Topic Groups tab. Here you can:

• See the performance of all topic groups in a given timeframe

• Compare topic groups by Volume, Volume change, Trend, and Sentiment

• See topics belonging to each topic group and their metrics

• Change topic groups that topics belong to

• Archive or merge topics in bulk

Single Topic Group Report

You can also explore each topic group in more detail by navigating to a topic group of interest. Here you can:

• Chart the performance of a collection of topics to identify trends

• See the sentiment breakdown for a collection of topics

• Quickly switch between topics to inspect how each topic is contributing to the topic group

• Explore the collective mentions from all topics belonging to the topic group.
