Subscribe to regular email Workspace Updates

You can subscribe to daily, weekly, or monthly Workspace email updates that will give you a high-level overview of what's going on in your Workspace without having to log in to Prodsight.

The Workspace Update contains:

  • Conversation Volume
  • Conversation Volume change in comparison to the previous period
  • Net Sentiment
  • Net Sentiment change in comparison to the previous period
  • Top 5 Trending Topics
  • Top 5 Mentioned Topics
  • Top 5 Topic Suggestions

How to subscribe to Workspace Updates?

  • Click on your user name in the top right of the navigation bar
  • Select User Settings
  • Click Notifications
  • Next to Workspace Updates, select the desired subscription options (daily, weekly, monthly).

How to unsubscribe from Workspace Updates?

  • Click on your user name in the top right of the navigation bar
  • Select User Settings
  • Click Notifications
  • Next to Workspace Updates, select the option None.
