How do I manage my Topics?

The Topics View is where you can view and manage all of your topics.

Metrics

• Count - the number of conversations the topic has appeared in and 
• Count Change - the difference in Topic volume between the selected period and a previous period of equal duration
• Ratio - the proportion of conversations the Topics appears in 
• Ratio Change - the change in the ratio between the selected period and a previous period of equal duration
• Sentiment - the % difference between positive and negative mentions associated with the Topic

Actions

Here you can take the following actions:

• Add or remove topics to/from Projects
• Create new topics
• Merge duplicate topics
• Archive redundant topics
