How do the Subtopics work?

You can use the Subtopics to break down any Topic into smaller, more specific chunks. 

For example, let's say you have a Topic "Bugs" where you track product defects. You can break it down by feature by creating a Subtopic for each feature i.e. "Registration", "Photos, "Albums".

Some key considerations:

• Subtopics can be defined by keywords, just like Topics
• Subtopics will only search within the results that match on the parent Topic
• Subtopics will match on mentions where there is a match between both Topic and Subtopic criteria.
