How to read the Sentiment Gauge?

The Sentiment widget helps you gauge the sentiment associated with a Topic or Project.

The sentiment widget is displayed on 

• Topic View
• Project View

Metrics

There is a number of metrics that describe sentiment:

• Net Sentiment Score - a single metric that represents the difference between the % of positive and % of negative conversations
• Counts - a simple tally of the positive, neutral and negative mentions
• Percentages - a percentage expression of positive, neutral, and negative mentions.
